Here is a full size early 1900’s parker taper cap eyedropper pen with a 14k super flex stub nib, great for spencerian writing and fine hairlines. When posted, the taper cap is meant to feel like the earlier dip pens of the era. The stub nib, despite being a replacement, is extremely responsive, flexing from 0.1mm sidestroke to 2.1mm+ downstroke (BBB++) with a light hand. It’s quite like writing with a brush – it is difficult to not flex the nib. The pen has been disassembled, feed/nib ultrasonically cleaned, and adjusted for good flow. The condition is overall good but with some things preventing it from being mint. The pen is lightly oxidized and the chasing is worn although the imprint is very crisp. The nib is a replacement as mentioned, and the taper cap may be from another parker eyedropper as it is smooth hard rubber where the body is chased hard rubber. The pen caps securely but posts a little loose. The ornate gold bands are in good shape and are not very worn. Model – Early 1900’s parker taper cap eyedropper. Length – 5-5/8 capped.
