Pen is essentially new. I bought it from a collector, so I dont know if it has been inked or its history, so Im listing it used. However, the cap and barrel are absolutely brilliant with a beautiful finish. Really no wear to be seen anywhere except a few lines on the section I assume came from the cap coming on and off over the years. Complete with box, converter, and paperwork.
