Showing little to no wear. Nicely intact with no use wear. Excellent without wear or use. Excellent working order and appears never inked. Very nice mint condition and appears never inked. Functions perfectly, never inked and ready for use. Liquid Pencil appears in good working order however Refill is almost dry, Pen in unused condition.
