This is a beautiful Parker eyedropper fountain pen in black chased hard rubber that is in fairly good vintage condition. The chased pattern has some wear though still visible. The cap is smooth. The barrel is adorned with two ornate wide gold filled bands. There are surface scratches and marks but no major flaw, crack or defect. The imprint is sharp and complete on the barrel. The small nib reads Parker lucky curve. The number is not visible and I believe the nib is 14K gold although not marked. The nib writes a Fine line with soft easy flex to 1.7 mm. The pen measures 5-1/8 capped, 4-5/8 uncapped and 6-3/16 posted. We will do our best to resolve any concern to your satisfaction.
