For your consideration is this 1960’s Sheaffer PFM V fountain pen, restored with a new sac and seals. The “PFM V” is the upscale version with white dot, gold filled cap and tassel, and 14k nib. This pen is in excellent condition with no cracks or dings. There is only light desk wear and no deep scratches or gashes. There is a bit of brassing near the very top of the cap (see last photo). I have thoroughly disassembled and cleaned this pen. There is a new o-ring and a new point gasket as well as a new sac. It fills well with good suction. The 14k fine nib is very smooth without any skipping, and it is on the wetter side. Cap reads “Sheaffer’s-Made in USA”, no dings, slight hairline brassing near the very top of the cap. Body – Light microscratching but no deep scratches or cracks. Nib – Firm fine with good iridium, very smooth writer. Filler – Snorkel filler with new ink sac and seals.
