The barrel and cap are in very nice condition it does need a knowledgeable person to do some restoration and replace the end cap trim ring. As this is a Rare Gold Tiger Web barrel and cap design it could bring it very high price once the restoration is completed! So, you knowledgeable pen collectors and re-sellers could do very well with this pen! The Nib has the arrow on it and says USA Parker, I believe this to be 14k but Im not going to try and remove it.
